Patients of the practice who have a dental emergency when the practice is not open should telephone our normal number (0161 789 1557) and a recorded message will give details of the on-call dentist.

The on call dentist works between

18.00 and 20.00 week days

10.00 to 20.00 weekends

Out of these hours the patients should contact there local hospital.

This dentist will provide telephone advice and treatment where it cannot be safely delayed until the practice is open again. Patients who do not need to be seen as an emergency but feel that they do need to see a dentist quickly  because of dental pain, should telephone the practice during opening hours and they will be given advice and an appointment at the earliest possible opportunity.

·      Missed Appointments

Patients who fail to keep appointments delay other patients from receiving their treatment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

·      Payment

We would like you to understand the treatment being offered and any charge which may apply. On the day of your exam your dentist will give you a treatment plan stating what will be done and how much it will be. Within 2 months of completion of the course of treatment below, should you require further NHS treatment in either the same or lower charge band, you will not normally need to pay again.

On the day of your examination you will need to pay the full amount if under £100 or 50% of the treatment cost if over £100. The remaining balance will be collected on your next appointment.

We provide a range of ways to pay for your dental care including: Cash, Cheque, Switch, Solo, Mastercard and Visa.

Payment is made at the start of treatment, or in stages at every appointment.

The practice has two surgerys on the ground floor with a separate waiting area. We have a small childrens play area in the waiting room and a separate education area. There is limited car parking space within the grounds of the practice, however street parking is readily available.
